Our Private Insurance Information Card serves as a replacement for a health or private health insurance card for privately insured patients who no longer receive such a card officially. In some insurance companies or depending on the insurance tariff (e.g., basic or emergency tariffs), there is no health insurance card for private patients anymore. In such cases, a simple proof of insurance in PDF format or a paper slip in the wallet is often sufficient.
