What we don't print
We print almost anything that fits on a plastic card. A few things are off-limits, though, either for legal reasons or because they don't match our values. Here's what content we decline as a matter of principle.
Official documents and replicas
Many official IDs have the same format as our cards. That's why we don't print documents or replicas that could be mistaken for an official original, in particular:
- identity cards, passports and residence permits
- driving licences and vehicle documents
- official IDs of public authorities, such as police, customs, armed forces or local authorities
- health insurance cards and disability ID cards
- bank, credit and payment cards
- student and staff IDs of real institutions without their instruction or authorisation
Our own products, such as cards based on your drone licence, are deliberately designed to be clearly distinguishable from official documents.
Illegal content
Of course, we don't print anything that violates applicable law. This includes, for example:
- symbols of unconstitutional or banned organisations
- content that incites hatred, glorifies violence or calls for criminal acts
- pornographic content or content harmful to minors
- insulting or defamatory content about other people
Third-party rights
Please only send us content you hold the necessary rights to. We can't print third-party logos and trademarks, copyrighted images and characters, or photos of people without their consent.
Extremist and discriminatory content
Even if content isn't explicitly prohibited, we reserve the right to decline orders containing extremist, racist or otherwise discriminatory content. Our printers are not available for such content.
What happens if an order is affected?
We check print data before production. If we notice content covered by these exclusions, we won't print it. We'll let you know and refund any amounts already paid in full. In the case of content relevant under criminal law, we reserve the right to report it to the competent authorities.
