Shipping
We deliver to Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Our cards are usually produced within 1–2 working days and then shipped in secure packaging. We ship with DHL as standard, and depending on the destination, GLS, UPS and express delivery are also available. Simply choose your shipping method at checkout. Shipping costs depend on the value of your order. Within Germany, shipping is free from € 50.

Switzerland is not part of the EU, so deliveries there are subject to import charges such as Swiss VAT. For private customers, we cover customs duties and import charges: we ship duty paid, so there are no extra costs for you on delivery. This applies exclusively to orders from private individuals. If you are registered as a business customer or a company is entered as the recipient, the recipient pays the import charges and any fees from the shipping provider.
Amounts refer to the value of the goods in your order. There's no need to calculate anything yourself: our shop automatically works out the shipping costs for your country and chosen shipping method. You can view them in your basket if you like, and at the latest you'll see them at checkout before completing your order.
Collection
Located near Rudolstadt? Then you can also collect your order from us free of charge. Simply choose the "Collection" option in your basket or at checkout. As soon as your cards have been produced, we'll have them ready for you [and let you know by email]. You can collect them at the following address:

Payment
Your payment details are always transmitted securely. You can pay with:
- PayPal: fast and secure with your PayPal account. Depending on availability, PayPal also lets you pay by credit card, direct debit or later.
- Apple Pay and Google Pay: conveniently via smartphone, processed through PayPal.
- Invoice: you only pay after receiving your cards.
- Prepayment: you transfer the amount to our account in advance. You'll receive our bank details with your order confirmation. We start production as soon as your payment has arrived.
- Cash on delivery: you pay the delivery driver when your parcel arrives. Plus a €2.00 cash on delivery fee, Germany only.
When collecting your order, you can also pay on site: in cash or by card, including girocard (debit card), credit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay.
