Overview of the Emergency Card
Our emergency card is more than just a piece of plastic – it's a lifesaver that fits in your pocket. Designed in the classic credit card format, it's easy to carry in any wallet or pocket. The card contains essential information on the front, such as first and last name, date of birth, one emergency contact along with their phone number. The phone number is also stored as a QR code with dial control. When this QR code is scanned with a camera or a dedicated QR code scanner app, a phone call to this number is initiated (after confirmation).
Only one emergency contact (one name, one phone number) including a QR code is possible. If multiple names and phone numbers are provided here, a QR code can no longer be printed!
Optionally, a passport photo, current medication, and known medical conditions can be added to enable quick and targeted assistance in an emergency.

In an emergency, every second counts. Our trilingual titled emergency card (DE, EN, FR) ensures that your vital information can be quickly captured by first responders, which can be crucial in an emergency. The clear marking on the back makes it easy to identify the card as an emergency card.
Mini Card for the Keychain
In addition to the main card, we offer a mini card that can be attached to a keychain. This non-personalized card refers to the existence of a more detailed emergency card in your wallet, thus increasing the chance that the right information will be found in an emergency.
Our Guidelines on Handling Sensitive Data & Shipping
This product includes very sensitive information and we are aware that handling such data requires a special degree of care. We place great importance on your security and the security of your data, therefore here are a few notes on ordering this product:
- Your data is transmitted over an encrypted connection (SSL). We use an SSL certificate from SECTIGO, a renowned company for SSL certificates with high user trust. We do not use the free Let's Encrypt certificates!
- After completing the order (production successful), the data is pseudonymized. Billing data is retained for legal reasons. Unnecessary data, particularly medical information, is deleted.
- We recommend choosing DHL package as the shipping method! Yes, this does involve additional costs, but it is the safest transportation option, as every step from collection/submission to secure delivery is traceable.
